Placed order at 18:06 it finally arrived at 20:20 after ringing several times and being told the driver was having issues to them saying it went out 5mins ago. Food was cold and inedible. Will be going into the takeaway for a refund as they won't give me one over the phone as I paid card. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

Food was terrible on this occasion and iv used food hub lots, doner meat was hard the chips rock hard yet the seperate bag of chips were soggy, the burgers were cold, like it had been cooked yesterday and reheated

Ordered bueno bites from their dessert menu but was given a Nutella calzone. Rang the restaurant and was told they haven’t done that for over 2 years and the Nutella calzone is exactly the same just cut different. It’s not the same as the Bueno bites indicate they come with white bueno pieces and cost £6.99. The Nutella calzone is £5.99 so they are not the same item. Won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing, food, service, delivery, timing, everything. We were stuck outside locked out and we had our food order ready to pick up for 00:07. We accidentally locked our selfs out and we called up the place 30 mins after we should have picked up. They then decided in their own hands to get rid of our order and remake it to keep it fresh and hot. When we picked it up nearly an hour later after pick up time, it was piping hot and amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better take away K.E ????????
